On January 3rd, invited by Abdul Latif Coulibali, Minister of Culture of Senegal, Africa,Zhang Changxiao（Sean White）, the Chinese chairman of the Italian-Chinese Cultural Exchange and Development Center and a famous international music planner, recently participated in a 10-day cultural exchange event in Africa and reached the "Festival Goree Diaspora" project with the Senegalese Ministry of Culture in October this year,Gore Island in Africa will hear the voice from China for the first time!

According to report, the project incorporates “China Week” and “Festival Goree Diaspora”, and will recommend a group of outstanding Chinese artists to showcase Chinese traditional and contemporary art for the local people of Senegal in the form of “China Week in Senegal”.

Zhang Changxiao said in the interview of the RTS National Radio and Television Station in Senegal that Senegal has superior culture, including music and football. It has nurtured a large number of outstanding artists and hopes that the people of China and Serbia will deepen mutual trust and understanding through relevant cultural exchange activities. At the same time, he hopes to introduce China's excellent music culture and traditional culture to Africa and promote the friendly development of bilateral relations!
